FAQ
-
If I can't find the product I need on your website, is there any way to order it?
That’s correct—you can contact us however you prefer, and we will do our best to find all the information you need about the product, including where to buy it, the expected wait time, and the price.
-
Can I have the strings on my guitar changed at your store?
Yes, of course—we can change the strings, clean the grime off the fretboard, treat it with lemon oil, and seal it with wax. Come by and bring your guitar to the shop; one of the technicians from our guitar workshop is on duty every day.

Is it possible to place an order and pay via bank transfer as a company?
Yes, certainly; we accept non-cash payments—via invoice, under direct contracts with public institutions, or under supply agreements.
Do you sell instruments?
No. Music Instrument Store is an independent review website. We don't sell products, take orders or arrange delivery. Prices on our pages are for reference only.
How do you choose which instruments to review?
We focus on popular, widely available instruments that beginners and improving players are likely to consider, plus models readers ask us about.
Where does your information come from?
Reviews are based on manufacturers' official specifications, cross-checked with independent sources and owner feedback. We explain what the specifications mean in practice and list each instrument's pros and cons.
Do manufacturers pay for reviews?
No. The site is supported by advertising, and advertisers have no influence over our content.
I found a mistake. How can I tell you?
Please email [email protected]. We correct errors as quickly as possible.
Can you recommend an instrument for me?
Start with our first guitar guide or digital piano guide. If you still have questions, write to us — we read every message.
